Cancellation of participation and services must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat by    e-mail: info@bos-congress.cz. The cancellation will be confirmed to you in writing.

REFUND OF FEES

Cancellation within the fee-free deadline – a one-time administration fee of € 10 will be deducted from your payment, that will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation after the fee-free deadline – after the deduction of the cancellation fees the remaining amount will be refunded to the account from which your payment was made.
